Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Services Administrator, who will be working within the Technical Services department, providing first-class cover and attention to detail.The successful candidate will become the reference point for colleagues and Suppliers alike, and will assist with administrative duties, following up (within the team) and externally (within our supplier base).This role will be suited to an individual who works well within a team, is looking to join a fast-paced environment, has good organizational skills, and has the drive to work hard within an incredibly varied role.This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking for a career path into a Fleet Administration role.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Using the 1link platform for authorisation, reporting, and recharging of vehicle repairs
- Capturing all OOH callout charges
- Obtaining and providing parts quotes for [Client's Company Name] vehicles and compiling repair invoices
- Inputting of parts invoices onto the company's IT system
- Creating invoices for repairs that have been carried out by [Client's Company Name]'s in-house mechanics
- Monitoring vehicle downtime through the 1link and company systems
- Submitting loss of use claims to vehicle manufacturers
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience
- Fleet maintenance experience advantageous.
- 1Link experience preferred but not essential.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft / Excel applications
- High level of attention to detail
- Maintains own level of competence.
Job Offering
- Salary: £25,282 (dependent on experience)
- Location: Loughborough
- Hours: Permanent, full-time, 42.5 hours per week between 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
- Holidays: 25 days + statutory
- Reporting to: Maintenance Desk Manager
