Technical Service Engineer - Harvey Beric Associates : Job Details

Our client is an established global company with a technical support office in Burton. They are currently recruiting for a Technical Service Engineer who will be responsible for supporting the Field Service Engineers & Sub-contractors by giving expert technical support & providing quotations for service work. Key duties will include:

• Acquire and maintain complete knowledge concerning the Company’s range of products and services.
• Prepare technical quotations and the provision of technical advice to our customers via telephone, fax or electronic mail.
• Provide technical support to all merchants, distributors and end users and sales force.
• Promptly process customer enquiries and orders
• Liaise with external sales/projects team

It is expected that the successful candidate will be technically minded and will have worked in a technical support/sales role ideally within engineering. You should also demonstrate excellent communication skills and be great at building client relationships. In return, our client offers a generous benefits package.
