Technical Services Engineer - Addition : Job Details

We are looking for a Technical Services Engineer to join our client’s team, an IT services company that offers solutions across Cyber Security, vulnerability management, and cloud modernisation.

What You Can Expect

• Salary - £35,000 - £40,000
• Location - Northampton
• Industry - IT Services
• Job Type - Permanent

Main Responsibilities as aTechnical Services Engineer

• Perform backup and monitoring checks, update documentation, and remediate against failures.
• Work within an ITIL aligned environment, follow process and procedures, with particular focus on achieving targeted SLA’s, KPI’s, and receiving excellent customer feedback.
• Assist with the remediation of security vulnerabilities.

Core Experience, Skills, Requirements

• Knowledge of Networking Infrastructure and key services such as Switching, Firewalls, VLANs, Wireless, SSL, IPSEC VPNs, DNS, DHCP.
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10/11 and Windows Server)
• M365 Administration (Entra, Exchange Online, Defender ect)
• Intune or other MDM experience is desirable.
