• Job Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Join our client's team as a Technical Skills Coach for Plumbing & Gas. This full-time role is based in West London and involves managing a caseload of apprentices, providing them with the necessary support and coaching to enhance their learning experience in our Plumbing L3 and Gas Apprenticeship Programmes.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage and support a caseload of apprentices, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
• Conduct regular progress reviews with apprentices and their line managers every 8 - 12 weeks to monitor and support their progression in skills, knowledge, and behaviours.
• Provide effective skills coaching, mentoring, and teaching to assist apprentices in achieving successful end-point assessments.
• Track and support the progression of apprentices in functional skills as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educated to a Level 3 standard in plumbing and heating.
• Experience in Gas, with CCN1 and CENWAT qualifications, or a commitment to work towards these.
• Hold a recognised Teaching Qualification and A1 Assessors Award, or be willing to work towards obtaining these once in position.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and support learners.
