Opportunity for a Technical Specialist to join a Managed Services Provider in Cayman Islands, with expertise in Cybersecurity, IT Support services & Hybrid IT. The Technical Specialist will specialize in deployment, management and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365, Azure & Entra ID for the company’s clients.

*Job will be based in Cayman Islands*

Key Responsibilities:• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID solutions. Troubleshoot & resolve any issues related to services• Monitor and maintain client’s cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems.• Develop and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure and processes.• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID technologies.Qualifications:• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID.•Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert would be beneficial • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and best practices.• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.• Experience with Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, and Entra ID.• Knowledge of security and compliance standards in cloud computing would be an advantage • Experience with hybrid cloud environments.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail• Must be proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
