About the Role

As a Technical Specifications Assistant you will be responsible for the specifications of food artwork and printing production standards for supplier needs and food safety standards. You will be responsible for ensuring project specifications and audit needs are met to drive the ongoing production of this food manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

• To oversee the scheduled biscuit brand mass production for each project and ensure specifications are kept
• Manage artwork specifications from printing to packaging, meeting requirements of supplier and food production standards
• Work alongside wider teams of quality, hygiene, and packaging to monitor proper audit and paperwork is followed

About You

The ideal candidate will be looking for a 6-month fixed term contract position to further their knowledge of printing specifications and mass production with a well-established food manufacturing production company. If you are a good communicator and enjoy collaborating with multiple teams, this role is perfect for you.

Key Skills/Qualifications

• Previous experience in printing specification standards and meeting audit requirements
• Driven process in product development in a mass production environment
• Strong experience working with suppliers and realtors on driving best practice
