Technical Support Analyst - IT Search & Select : Job Details

Hybrid role, 2 days in Newbury per week. Our client are a managed service provider, established 20+ years ago. They have an HQ in Hertfordshire, with offices in West London, Europe, Australia and the US. They are a mid-sized solutions provider, well organised with long established internal processes and procedures in place. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for an additional IT support analyst to join an accomplished, talented team in their London office. Your skills will encompass the following:

• 3+ years' technical support experience
• Office 365
• Active Directory
• Azure
• General desktop support
• Server support experience desirable but not essential

Big on training, they will support you on your journey to achieving MS certification and potentially Cisco certs. Apply ASAP!
