Apprenticeship Trainer – ICT/Network EngineerSalary: £35,000 - £45,000Location: Remote with 6 days per year in London officeHoliday: 25 days + bank holidaysAre you an experienced IT Trainer with experience in delivering IT Apprenticeships?Join a national award-winning training provider with over 20 years of experience in apprenticeships, recruitment, and training. After joining forces with a leading national training provider, this company now supports over 12,000 learners annually, expanding its reach across the UK.Key Responsibilities of the Apprenticeship Trainer- ICT/Network Engineer:• Deliver training for the Information Communication Technician and Network Engineering Apprenticeship pathways, using both online and hybrid models.• Create and maintain an engaging learning environment tailored to various learner needs, including neurodivergent individuals.• Use digital tools and platforms such as Pluralsight, MS Teams, and Citrix to facilitate remote learning and practical assessments.• Develop lesson plans and schemes of work aligned with Apprenticeship Standards, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and current trends.• Collaborate with teams to track learner progress, provide feedback, and ensure learner satisfaction and retention.• Maintain up-to-date training materials and introduce new methods to improve learner engagement and outcomes.• Adhere to Ofsted, safeguarding, and equality policies, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.Essential Candidate Requirements of the Apprenticeship Trainer- ICT/Network Engineer:• Teaching qualification (PGCE/Certificate in Education or equivalent).• Ideally hold a recognised Assessors Awars such as CAVA, TAQA, or A1• Proven experience in delivering ICT or Network Engineering training to apprenticeship learners at level 3 and 4• Ability to adapt teaching methods to a variety of learning styles, especially in an online environment.• Experience with digital learning platforms and Microsoft Office Applications.• Strong communication, feedback, and administrative skills.If you meet the essential criteria, we would encourage you apply.
