What you'll need to succeedAre you an experienced Technical Author or Writer who combines a love for technology with a passion for clear, accessible communication? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. With a solid background in technical writing within a tech setting, you excel at breaking down complex concepts and have a strong eye for detail. You are a proactive collaborator, equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team to ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation.To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a Technical Author in a technical or telecare-related industry, ideally with experience in product-focused companies. Your exceptional writing and editing skills will enable you to produce concise, accurate, and engaging content. Proficiency in industry-standard authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, and Confluence is essential. Additionally, experience with multimedia content creation and documentation design, including graphics and videos, is a plus.You should have the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable. Strong organizational skills are crucial, as you will be managing multiple projects and documentation versions.
