Position: Master Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostic, repair, and maintenance tasks on a wide range of vehicles.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all work performed.
• Maintain accurate records of work done, parts used, and time spent.
• Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through ongoing training.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Master Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Extensive knowledge of [industry-specific equipment/systems].
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
• Relevant certifications as required for the role.
