ROLE 

• Provide legal counsel on technology-related contracts, including SaaS agreements, IT procurement and software distribution. 
• Work on significant IT projects and negotiations including software licensing and outsourcing agreements. 
• Advise clients on data protection issues including DPAs and data transfer agreements. 
• Collaborate with tech-focused teams across the UK and Europe to deliver seamless, innovative legal solutions. 
• Support clients in cutting-edge fields like AI, financial regulation and digital compliance. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• Minimum 2 years’ PQE with a strong focus on technology law. 
• Expertise in IT projects, SaaS contracts and software distribution agreements. 
• Strong understanding of data protection regulations, particularly DPAs and data transfer agreements. 
• Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work on cross-border and high-value contracts. 
• Experience or interest in emerging tech sectors such as AI, digital regulation and telecoms is highly advantageous.
