£60K - £65K + OTE

Marston Holdings are on the lookout for an exceptional Sales Specialist to join our team in London. This is an exciting, highly client-centric position that will require an adaptable and strategic approach to our clients' individual needs.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Client Acquisition and working closely with the Sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical and commercial support to identify new business opportunities, as well as negotiating terms.

Please note that this role will require travel, both to Marston offices and Client sites.

What you will be doing:

  • Working with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify new business opportunities for Videalert traffic enforcement solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements and expectations
  • Monitoring the pipeline of opportunities, providing accurate reports and forecasts as required
  • Working with the Sales team to renew, retain and grow existing Videalert accounts
  • Adopting a value-led sales approach when dealing with our valued clients
  • Building strong and beneficial relationships with new and existing clients
  • Supporting the Bids and Sales teams to produce high quality tenders and proposals

  • Strong industry and commercial knowledge, ideally from a similar sector
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Highly effective communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proven ability in working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
