What are we looking for in a Technology Support Engineer?

Are you a highly skilled Technology Support Engineer with experience in digital assets, crypto, or blockchain?

Do you have a strong understanding of FIX protocols and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure trading environments?

We are looking for a proactive and technically adept Technology Support Engineer to join our cutting-edge digital asset client in London.

As part of their dynamic team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of their trading infrastructure, exchange connectivity, and order execution processes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing real-time trade support across multiple digital asset exchanges and trading platforms
  • Troubleshooting FIX connectivity issues, trade flow discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks
  • Collaborating with developers and trading teams to enhance system reliability and efficiency
  • Monitoring market data feeds, order routing, and trade execution to ensure seamless operations
  • Optimising trading infrastructure through automation, scripting, and process improvements

Do you have these Essential Skills and Experiences?

  • Experience in a Financial Service, Fintech, or similar environments, ideally trade or front office
  • Working knowledge of FIX protocols
  • Strong practical experience with trouble shooting Application Services, inclAPI issues
  • Exceptional problem solving skills & well versed interacting directly with external clients as a key point of contact

Nice to have's

  • Family and/or working knowledge of ITIL practices
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence, incldashboads, kanban boards

Salary : 70000 - 80000
