Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of small to medium business customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify and leverage opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional services and solutions within existing accounts.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Service Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Proven experience in account management within the telecommunications or unified communications industry.
