• Salary: £12.00 per hour, Commission can range from £125 - £225 per month depending on your hours£1500 - £2700 per year depending on your hours

We are delighted to be working with a leading telemarketing organisation based in Solihull. As Telemarketing Executive, the ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and be confident and tenacious when making calls to businesses. This role is flexible and can be taken on either a part time or full-time basis.

Duties and responsibilities:

Working on behalf of our clients Contacting a target list of businesses tomake qualified sales appointments, generate leads, update company information, completetelephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers.

Progression Prospects:

The progression route for those interested would be to work towards the role of a SeniorTelemarketing Executive and then a Team Leader, both offering different pay structures

Skills and experience: experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls. Able to achieve a dial target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign) Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD.Marketing Director Excellent communication skills and telephone manner Excellent spoken English and a good clear telephone voice Good time management and ability to meet deadlines Self-motivated Work well within a team and as an individual Live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull
