Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Follow up on online quotes and handle both inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide excellent service and advice, ensuring that each client’s needs are individually catered for.
- Utilise a bespoke database and CRM to select the appropriate policy for customers.
- Arrange payments via phone, BACS, or direct debit.
- Maintain a personal diary to ensure prompt call backs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent timekeeping and high level of personal organisation.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional telephone manner and confident communication style.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Highly motivated with a willingness to exceed expectations.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Training & Experience
- No specific sales experience in insurance or office sectors required.
- Experience in customer service and comfort with phone-based interaction preferred.
- Comprehensive training provided from day one.
- Product training as part of the onboarding process.
