We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly organised Telesales Account Manager with exceptional communication skills to join a thriving team in the Financial Services sector. Our client is currently looking for a Telesales Account Manager to manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls
  • Processing and managing incoming sales inquiries
  • Overseeing and maintaining relationships with existing corporate accounts
  • Expanding and developing current corporate accounts
  • Conducting site visits with customers and suppliers
  • Reaching out to existing clients to upsell new products and services
  • Following up on incoming lead inquiries
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
  • Responding to email inquiries
  • Supporting the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
