Our client is a growing and well-established company. As a Telesales Advisor, you will provide great customer service to all our customers and promote their excellent product range so they can find a suitable warranty for their vehicle. We are looking for a driven individual who is happy to learn new skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Outbound calls to existing business (B2C)
- Existing customer renewals
- Listening to feedback and offering further products
- Working in a busy team that has great company culture.
- Carrying out customer calls with day-to-day use of a diary and call systems
- Checking and confirming all customer details and advising them of suitable products to meet their needs.
Role Requirements
First-class service and a friendly manner will be essential along with:

- Be keen to learn.
