Telesales Advisor
One of the country's leading insurance companies have a new exciting sales role.
- £23,500/annum
- Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 with one hour for lunch - 35 hours a week
- Free parking
- 26 days annual leave plus bank holiday
- Birthday day off in addition to annual leave

The job
Working to realistic telephone sales targets, the successful person will enjoy developing sales opportunities from the current pipeline of small commercial prospects:
- Involving outbound calls to existing and potential clients, obtaining general insurance renewal dates and new quotations to pass to the sales team to quote
- Delivering the highest level of customer service
- Working on the CRM, update records for every customer conversation and contact, ensuring all notes are captured clearly, accurately and timely
The Person
- Confident communicator with previous sales/customer service experience
- Good MS Office key boards skills with CRM experience
- Persuasive and credible team player
- Good written and spoken English
Own transport & full UK driving licence.
