What You’ll Do:
- Resolve customer service issues swiftly and effectively.
- Handle customer calls and emails with efficiency and professionalism.
- Process orders accurately and promptly.
- Prepare insightful performance reports.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain seamless communication across all departments and with customers.
- Update customer pricing and onboard new customers proactively.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of Customer Services & Telesales for optimal workflow.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs for your team.
- Recommend and implement initiatives to boost customer retention and engagement.
- Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Prepare essential reports for sales and operations meetings.
- Represent Customer Services at key sales meetings.
- Provide expertise in order processing and system problem-solving.
- Ensure daily call sheets are completed and maintain high service levels for key accounts.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in a busy SOP office with telesales and customer service activities.
- GCSE education (Grade B in English and Maths) or GCSE ‘A’ level education.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and effective time management.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work outside of scheduled hours as needed.
