Job Title: Telesales Representative

Location: Bolton, UK

Salary: £29,000 per annum OTE £55,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - ON SITE

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Effectively present and sell products/services to prospective clients.
• Build rapport with new customers and foster long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Work closely with the sales team to meet targets and drive results.
• Follow up with potential leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven sales success in telesales or a similar B2B role.
• A natural talent for building rapport and long-lasting client relationships.
• A keen eye for spotting new business opportunities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and hungry for success.
• Excellent communication skills that turn potential into results.
• Stellar organisational and time management abilities.
• Confident using MS Office and CRM software to streamline your work.
