Temp Accounts Assistant - MacKenzie King : Job Details

MacKenzie King are working with a ground-breaking charity, based in Halesworth (IP19), that are passionate about having a positive impact on the planet. This is an opportunity for a Temporary Accounts Assistant provide support to a fantastic organisation that has been instrumental in the protection of more than 4 million acres of threatened habitats worldwide. The Temporary Accounts Assistantwill be working with the finance team to ensure the smooth operation of the accounts receivable and payable departments as well as conducting bank reconciliations to provide accurate data for the wider team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Temporary Accounts Assistant will be working as part of a small team based in the office but with the opportunity to work from home once onboarding is completed.

Essential experience

• End to end experience with accounts payable
• End to end experience with accounts receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• Payroll experience (desirable but not essential)
• AAT qualified (desirable but not essential)
