We’re seeking efficient and reliable temporary receptionists who are available for both short-term, ad-hoc assignments and longer-term bookings.As a temp receptionist your role will be to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Duties include, but are not limited too:
- Answering calls and managing switchboard
- Booking meeting rooms
- Greeting guests
- Managing office inbox
- Managing post and couriers
- General administrative tasks
We’re looking for candidates who can bring energy, enthusiasm, and a professional attitude to the front desk and play a key role in its day-to-day success.
- Hourly Rate: £15–£20 per hour (DOE)
- Hours: 08:30–17:30
- Location: Central London
