Job Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, or 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Temps Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies. We will consider Consultant & Senior Consultant level applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy
  • Talent Sourcing
  • Candidate Experience of Exceeding Expectations
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance and promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent, and new business clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Targets & Business Goals: Ensure business GP Targets are met individually, working towards daily / weekly KPI’s and Objectives
  • Business Development: Conducting various Business Development & Sales activity, with a view to expand new client base and regions covered.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Must have previous experience on working and building a successful temporary’s desk or division.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
    • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in using software & CRM’s
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
