Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk - Marc Daniels : Job Details

Marc Daniels are recruiting a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join a global company in Windsor

If you have extensive account payables experience and you are immediately available , this role would be perfect for you.

This is a hybrid temporary role (6 weeks) - you must be within a commutable distance of Windsor

Responsibilities:

• Post invoices to the Accounts Payable module
• Work collaboratively with Purchasing and Finance
• Assist in preparation of monthly account reconciliations
• Assist with monthly closing
• Miscellaneous other projects as appropriate

Requirements:

• You must be immediately available
• Account payable experience (3 years)
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
• Able to handle multiple duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
