Administrator£23 - 25kRotherham, S63Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a growing manufacturing business based in S63, Rotherham to support with the recruitment of a temporary administrator. Due to an increase in workload, the client is looking for a temporary administrator to support within the busy office. Administrator duties will include:

  • Processing client data - new and existing
  • Updating spreadsheets with tracking information
  • Speaking to customers who may call to enquire
  • Database cleansing
  • Collating customer orders
  • Other ad hoc administrative support in the office as required

The role will be based in the office 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (flexible)To be considered for the administrator role you must have the following experience:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Confident on systems - including excel for spreadsheet use
  • Comfortable dealing with data sets

The administrator opportunity will be for around 12 weeks to support the workload, however it could be extended for the right candidate.
