- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
- Managing correspondence via email and telephone.
- Organising and scheduling meetings.
- Maintaining and updating company databases.
- Preparing reports and presentations as required.
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained and restocked as necessary.
- Assisting with the coordination of company events.
- Complying with all company policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Temporary Administrator should have:
