Job Description :

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to be based within one of the local hospitals in Nottingham working under the NHS. As a Administrator, you'll be working for a particular senior member of staff or group of staff. Responsibilities: - To meet and greet donors and visitors as required, and to ensure that a customer-focused approach is adopted at all times when dealing with donors, members of the public and colleagues, to maximise the opportunities of encouraging donor giving. - To provide administrative assistance where required to support the charity's finance, fundraising and granting activities; including monthly finance tasks, sending fundraising packs, sponsorship materials, processing card payments and other tasks as may be required. - To count the proceeds of collection tins and buckets from staff and other donors and complete the relevant paperwork as required. - To assist in the administration of the NUH staff lottery as required. - Answering incoming calls and diverting to relevant department - Answering any queries - Opening and checking incoming post, distribute out to relevant person - General administrations duties, filing, scanning etc The client is looking for someone with strong communication skills, someone that is organised with strong administration skills, pay good attention to detail and works well to deadlines. Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour Working hours: Monday - Friday - 8.00 AM - 4.00 PM or 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM (37.5 hours per week) Please only apply if you are available immediately and happy to complete a temporary assignment
