GPN Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a highly reputable UK-based accountancy firm who are on the lookout for a Temporary Audit Manager to support them as soon as possible. You are able to work fully remotely in this role if you wish (from within the UK).Therefore if you have Managerial experience, desire a lucrative income paid to you on a weekly basis (via a day rate), and are immediately available, this could be an excellent contract role for you!Please learn more below and make sure to apply now:Key responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of clients 
• Manage audits from planning to final execution
• Prepare and brief audit teams while supervising and reviewing their work
• Evaluate statutory and other financial accounts, ensuring their preparation and distribution
• Communicate with Directors/Partners and clients about upcoming projects
• Offer technical support to staff and address technical inquiries as needed by client
• Develop your expertise in accounting, finance, and business practices

Qualifications and Skills:

• ACA, ACCA, ICAS, CPA, CA, CAANZ, SAICA (etc) - or equivalent level of experience
• Experience gained at the Audit Manager level in another firm
• You would ideally also be available soon (or now)
