Temporary Credit Controller - Grafton Banks Limited : Job Details

Grafton Banks Finance is seeking experienced Credit Controllers who are immediately available in the Shoreham-by-Sea area. We are partnering with a dynamic business that requires short-term temporary support to manage their credit control needs. The role involves working to reduce aged debt and ensure efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the sales ledger and follow up on overdue accounts
• Allocate and reconcile cash receipts
• Resolve client queries and ensure timely payments
• Reconcile client accounts
• Issue invoices and credit notes
• Provide ad hoc project support as needed

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be available to start within the next few weeks
• Be able to commute to the Shoreham office daily
• Have extensive experience with financial systems, preferably Sage or SAP
• Possess a strong background in debt management and credit control
