Temporary Credit Controller£26,880BradfordTemporary, December until AprilElevation Accounting and Finance are working with a well know company across the Yorkshire region who are looking to bring on a number of temporary Credit Controllers to assist with workloads until financial year end in April.The role offers fantastic experience within a Credit Controller role in a large company for someone looking to add to their experience or start their career within a Credit Control position. The role will be chasing consumers regarding their overdue payments, arranging suitable payment plans and issuing invoices whilst maintaining a strong relationship. Responsibilities as Credit Controller will be:

• Chasing overdue debt via telephone and email
• Manage customer escalations whilst maintaining a positive customer service
• Keeping suitable audit evidence to complete the end to end process legal processes for debt recovery
• Minimise overdue debt

Ideal candidate requirement:

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Confident telephone manner
• Previous experience within Customer Service would be ideal
• Experience within a Credit Control position would be hugely advantageous
• Able to pass a DBS check
