Job Opportunity: Temporary Customer Service Consultant

• Contract Length: 4 months
• Start Date: Immediate
• Days: 5 out of 7 days, including weekends (on a rotational basis)
• Hours: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Hourly Rate: £12 p/h

**You must be able to commit to the full length of the assignment and will include working throughout the Christmas and New Year period (excluding public holidays) **

About the Role

In this role, you'll engage with customers through phone, email, web chat, and social media to ensure they receive an outstanding experience every time. Don't worry if you're new to the product range - comprehensive training will equip you with everything you need to shine!

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Responding to email enquiries with pre-set templates
• Providing attentive, proactive customer service across all channels
