My client is a manufacturer of precision tools and are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service and promote their ideas throughout the organisation. - To become fully conversant with the company ERP system (currently Navision).
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth.
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Operate and follow service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
- Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
- Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
- Process Sales Orders and Quotations in a timely manner and in line with the company goals.
- Progress outstanding orders product and keep customers informed with delivery information.
- To prepare & despatch customer invoices.
- Monitor and work on the Department Inbox dealing with all enquiries in a timely manner, keeping customers and any other parties involved notified throughout.
