Role: Temporary Customer Service Representative
Contract Length: Up until the Christmas break
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £11.44- £12.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week- flexible on start and finish times
Location: HD6- Brighouse
Are you passionate about customer service? Do you enjoy helping people and providing exceptional support? If so, our client is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Executive to join their team and make a positive impact on their customers' experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Providing product information, resolving customer complaints, and offering effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Processing orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating with the wider team to ensure timely delivery.
- Assisting with after-sales support, including processing returns, exchanges, and refunds.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role- handling high call volumes
- Call-handling experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A positive and friendly attitude, with a genuine desire to help customers.
