Temporary Finance Assistant - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Your new companyA public sector organisation based in South Oxford. Your new role

• Process and reconcile credit card expenses
• Assist with: balance sheet accounts reconciliation, prepayments and accruals, lease commitments
• Assist with Quarterly VAT return
• Monitoring of Finance and Finance support mailboxes
• Transaction Processing - Bank
• Upload bank transactions onto the finance system
• Reconcile bank accounts daily within the finance system
• Assist in updating the cash flow statement
• Sales Ledger
• Assist the routine credit control
• Purchase Ledger
• Set up supplier accounts
• Raise purchase orders

What you'll need to succeed

• You will be available to start from the 4th November

What you'll get in return

• Flexible working options available; hybrid working
• Part Time hours 2.5 days per week
• £25,000 annual salary FTE
• Temp contract until March 2025
