Temporary Finance Assistant - Grafton Banks Limited : Job Details

Grafton Banks Finance are supporting a Crawley based client with a temporary Accounts Assistant on an ongoing basis. This role will be responsible for supporting the finance team by managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with the organization’s financial procedures. 

This role will involve:

• Processing invoices, coding, matching etc. 
• Supplier statements and reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Raising invoices and ad hoc support to the credit control team
• Month end journals, and supporting with month end closures
• Ad hoc project support and various finance administration duties

Our client is looking for:

• Someone with prior experience in a varied finance role, involving purchase ledger/accounts payable, credit control, reconciliations and month end support.
• Available to start on immediate notice
• Ability to commute to Crawley offices
