Our client, a well-established residential site in North London, is looking for a dedicated and reliable Temporary Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in the communal areas of the property. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy ensuring shared spaces are kept to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain communal areas, including hallways, staircases, lounges, corridors, and entrances.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and polish surfaces to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environment.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in compliance with site procedures.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are performed in line with health and safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance or cleaning issues to site management as necessary.
- Maintain and manage cleaning supplies, ensuring they are replenished when required.
- Assist with any other general housekeeping tasks as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or facilities management, ideally in a residential or communal setting.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high standard of cleanliness.
- Good time management skills and the ability to complete tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and cleaning best practices.
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
- Availability to start immediately and commit to the duration of the temporary assignment.
