Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to dive into a fast-paced role supporting students in their search for accommodation? We are looking for a temporary Student Lettings Administrator who can start as soon as possible! This is a full-time position.
Day To Day
- Dealing with high volume tenant enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Sending out links to students for virtual house viewings
- Handling tenancy agreements, referencing, and ensuring paperwork is completed accurately
- Setting up customer accounts
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and external partners to resolve any issues
- Keeping systems up-to-date with all relevant information including updating large Excel spreadsheets
- Helping to maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the student lettings process
We Would Love To See
- Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or lettings role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Knowledge of the student rental market is a plus but not essential
