Job Description :
  • Location: Bexhill
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
  • Contract Duration: 3 months

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our marketing team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Process invoices and raise purchase orders.
  • Order and arrange the delivery of point-of-sale materials.
  • Support with SMS communications and handle general queries.
  • Manage central SMS operations, including sends, replies, credit top-ups, and ensuring compliance.
  • Oversee multiple inboxes, ensuring queries from  owners, and new business customers are addressed or directed appropriately.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team and other departments as required.
  • Answer office phone calls and assist with general office duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong self-motivation and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks based on importance and urgency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A professional and approachable attitude when dealing with stakeholders.
