Temporary Night Security Officer - Jackson Sims Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Night Security Officer to join the team on a temporary basis at a prestigious residential development. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and security of the premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV, conducting regular patrols, and responding to any security-related incidents during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular security patrols of the residential site
• Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety of residents and property
• Respond promptly to security breaches or incidents, escalating where necessary
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and observations
• Liaise with emergency services, residents, and management as required
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols

Key Requirements:

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor License
• Valid SIA CCTV License
• Previous security experience, particularly in residential settings, is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay alert and proactive during night shifts
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
• Flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility

Working Hours:

• Night shift (hours may vary, typically 6pm to 6am)
• Immediate start available
