Temporary Receptionist - Office Angels : Job Details

As a Temporary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, fostering an atmosphere of professionalism and friendliness. Your role will involve a variety of essential tasks that support the daily operations of their stunning spaces.

- Job Title: Temporary Receptionist

- Hourly Rate: £12 an hour

- Hours: 8am-5pm

- Start Date: ASAP

- End Date: 7th February

- Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday to Friday)

- Location: Leeds City Centre

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage incoming calls and emails promptly and efficiently.
• Handle booking inquiries for meeting rooms and co-working spaces.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
• Collaborate with their team to enhance the visitor experience through excellent customer service.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Previous reception or front desk experience is needed.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a warm and approachable demeanour.
• Strong organisational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in handling technology and various office applications.
• The ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
