Reed Public is seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Support Officer for a Charity with hands-on experience using the EPLOY system. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the EPLOY recruitment system.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
