An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly successful property company working in their buoyant offices in Dorking as a Tenancy Coordinator.

• £27,000 salary
• Based in Dorking with parking
• 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, plus a day off on your birthday

Job specification:

• Checking references and drafting agreements
• Chasing outstanding documents required to let a property
• Keeping prospective tenants and landlord updated regularly
• Rent collecting
• Rent reviews
• Renewal and variation documents
• General support and assistance within your team and the department
• Checking of compliance and safety related certificate

Person specification:

• Experience of a lettings department
• Ability to build great relationships with landlords and tenants alike
• Able to work under pressure and at a high pace
• A high level of attention to detail to be able to solve problems
• A good knowledge of IT skills is essential

• Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30pm
