Tenancy Sustainment Officer – Housing Association – About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment is currently working with a well-established housing association in Merseyside, seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer for a 3 to 6-month temporary contract. This position offers an hourly rate of £23.11 per hour via umbrella.

Tenancy Sustainment Officer – Housing Association – About The Role:

• To provide support and advice to tenants in order for them to sustain a tenancy
• Work closely with tenants facing challenges like rent arrears, anti-social behavior, or property maintenance issues.
• Conduct regular home visits and assessments to identify potential issues and develop personalized support plans.
• Educate tenants on their rights and responsibilities, promoting positive community engagement.
• Deliver workshops or training sessions on budgeting, housing rights, and community engagement to empower tenants and enhance their skills for sustaining their tenancies.

Tenancy Sustainment Officer – Housing Association – What You Need:

• Previous experience in Similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
