Tenant/Portfolio Manager - Amour Recruitment : Job Details

Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a Tenant/lettings Manager

Working for a national property management agency you will be based at their clients residential site in Peterborough.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out property inspections
• Arranging and attending tenant viewings
• Point of contact for tenant queries or disputes
• Responsible for making sure flats are let correctly.
• Preparation of regular reports

Personal Requirements:

• Ability to work on own initiative
• Good business acumen
• Lettings/property experience is a must

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Salary: £27,000 plus £3,000 annual bonus
