Work Location: Field based in an agreed territory with travel to head office in Blackburn as and when required.
Salary: Starting salary range from £31,000 per annum.
Additional pay: Multiple bonus schemes available.

Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Business Development Managers to join our growing Field Force Team and drive revenue growth. In this exciting role, you will focus on establishing and activating vape accounts and multi-site operators (Key Accounts) nationally to accelerate and optimise our multi-category offerings. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to join our dynamic team.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand our customer base in the region.
- Ensure optimal product placement, in-store visibility, and merchandising following brand standards.
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
- Setting goals for your accounts and developing strategies to meet those goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Retain and nurture client relationships through consistent and proactive communication.
- Organise and manage promotional activities to drive sales and client engagement.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
- Provide feedback on new product opportunities or necessary adjustments to the product line based on customer insights.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with retailers on planograms, shelf optimisation, and promotional displays to increase sales.
- Ensure initiatives are executed according to an agreed plan.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
