- Develop and manage strategic relationships with Tesco
- Drive sales growth and profitability within the FMCG industry
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans
- Lead a National Account Manager towards achieving sales targets
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Engage in product development and marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the FMCG market and competitors
Profile
A successful Tesco Controller should have:
- Strong background in managing strategic relationships with Tesco
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and profitability
- Experience leading a sales team in the FMCG industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create sales forecasts and reports
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
