Job Description :

This position involves joining a collaborative testing team within the Technology Department, working on various business and operational products. The role focuses on delivering testing services, including planning, execution, and oversight, with an emphasis on Agile practices and collaboration with external testing service providers.

Key responsibilities include managing functional and non-functional testing, estimating costs and efforts, resource planning, and reporting. The role also requires building relationships across teams and ensuring continuous improvement in testing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Define and oversee testing strategies, plans, and execution.
  • Mentor and guide team members to maintain high testing standards.
  • Address challenges and unblock team progress, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
  • Lead testing initiatives, including planning, cost control, and execution.
  • Drive both functional and non-functional testing, including automation and performance testing.
  • Manage test resources, schedules, and execution plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams, including external service providers.
  • Monitor and report on test progress using metrics and performance indicators.
  • Maintain testing documentation, including plans, reports, and knowledge-sharing materials.
  • Advocate for process improvements within an Agile framework.

About You

  • Experience delivering functional and non-functional testing services, including performance and operational acceptance testing.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • A proactive learner, eager to adopt new testing tools and methodologies.
  • Pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
  • Experience testing various environments (e.g., software, hardware, and web platforms).
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple testing projects simultaneously.
  • Effective relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder and supplier management processes.
