Test Lead - Systems Integration Testing - BirminghamHybrid working - 3 days onsite per week.

Test Lead required for a leading client based in Birmingham. Our customer is currently seeking a Test Lead to come on board and handover from an existing test lead moving to a new team, you will be responsible for testing our customers key application. This is a test lead role, not test management. You will need experience system integration testing as well as assurance testing.

Key skills,* Prior experience as a hands-on Test Lead - you must be confident producing your own test plans and completion reports* Demonstrated experience in manual testing, system integration testing, regression testing and assurance testing* Test estimating within Waterfall environment - essential* ISTQB Practitioner level qualification* Azure DevOps (reporting, logging, tracking and managing defects) - preferable* SAP testing experience - highly desirable* Experience working in a large project/area* Previous experience working in a fast paced environment (in terms of speed of changes)* Interact successfully with other team members and build strong relationships with development teams and product owners* Comprehend and analyse technical documentation while being mindful of quality requirements for software development projects* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle* Identify risks and issues where appropriate* Excellent stakeholder communication skills - verbal, written and verbal
