The Head of Commercial and FP&A - BTG Recruitment : Job Details

We are recruiting on behalf of an innovative and growing client in the healthcare sector, seeking a talented Head of Commercial and FP&A. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation with the potential to progress to Financial Controller, Group Financial Controller, or Finance Director in the future.The role involves:

• 80% FP&A Focus: Budgeting, forecasting, and managing multi-site operations, intercompany transactions, international subsidiaries, and foreign currencies.
• 20% Commercial Focus: Pricing analysis, competitor research, evaluating sales, and pricing new products.

What we’re looking for:

• ACA qualified, ideally with a practice background.
• Experience in FP&A, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance.
• Strong understanding of multi-site businesses and international operations.

What’s on offer:

• £50,000 - £75,000 per annum.
• Bonus and benefits: 4.5% pension, 25 days holiday.
• Hybrid working (2 days in-office).
